Glasgow's Kingston Bridge twilight beauty

Drove up to the stunning metropolis of Glasgow to attend a lecture by Kathy Charles at The Lighthouse. Her lecture was entitled The Narcissistic Personality and provided an excellent grounding on the topic of narcissism; it's history, conception, traits and case studies were covered within the hour long talk. Most enjoyable and really glad that I made it up to Glasgow to attend this the third of four lectures.

Also great to be back in this city, it really is a fantastically rugged metropolis. The road network is a modernist marvel, the roadscape poetic, like a mini LA a moto-topia where car is king. A bit to much car dependency for me but it's the only city in the UK where a 10 lane motorway scything through the city centre suits it! To put it in perspective my journey after joining the M6 only featured 400 metres of non-motorway roads, and my hotel is right next to the city centre!
