Sun

Hens out early and headed with Juno to the hill to catch the sunrise.

We met up with the usual dog walkers and enjoyed good chat.

Work was a shaping of strategy.

Met Anth at lunchtime and we chatted.

Cycled to coaching, helped set up and had time to look for hockey balls in the undergrowth.

I took the 15s and it was great fun.

Cycled home.
