Year Two, Day Forty Five - Nearly, But Not Quite

Final visit to the vet tonight and we can nearly let Aonghus out without a bag on his paw!

If it wasn't for the sore in the fold of his dewclaw then he wouldn't need the lampshade and he would get outside without the plastic bag. Just a few more days, some anti-biotic cream then hopefully back to normal.

His actual wound is healing nicely and she is really pleased and surprised at how well it has healed - she was impressed that I managed to keep it dry and that it hadn't burst open! I must be a good nurse!

I can't take all the credit - Aonghus has been such a good boy since he cut his paw just over two weeks ago now. I think he is getting fed up with this lampshade though..
