For World Book Day?
Here are a few of my Favourite non Marilyn books. Obviously being into the theatre the Complete works of Shakespeare have to be there, the Kenneth Williams diaries is a book I constantly read, then Fizgerald and Hardy and finally the Magicians nephew, one of these was my favourite growing up and you would probably find it surprising to know it'e the Hardy.
Yes The mayor of Casterbridge is my comfort book, a book of love, betrayal, tragedy and redemption, always makes me feel good when I read it.
Which is what I am going to do now.
