Room with a view

This was the sunrise from our lounge window this morning. It didn't stay like that for long though.
We took a trip over to Achiltibuie today. It was definitely a wise decision to go further north as there was heavy rain in the south. Our picnic lunch was eaten at Achnahaird beach, followed by a good run with the dogs. I was hoping to take some decent photos of the Summer Isles but it was too overcast.
Rain all the way home but that didn't matter.
