Lovely dinner!

Up at 5.30am again to go to gym before work and used heart rate monitor. 500 calories in 50 mins on the spin bike! Good old heart rate monitor!
I was talking to one of the trainers about running and mentioned I think I am getting shinsplints so he offered to show me some exercises and massage techniques with the foam roller when I am next in as I said I didn't know how to use it. So arranged to do it tomorrow before work so am looking forward to that as it can really help.
Work is horribly too too busy. Today wasn't nice. I am struggling a bit. But can only do what I can do. Calm. Down.
