Writing

Yesterday's pirate outfit went down well at nursery today for World Book Day. There were several pirates in the class, and quite a few princesses too.

We had lunch and a play date at Jill's this afternoon. Our plans to do something outdoors like a park were scuppered by more pouring rain. Still, the kids had good fun and Lucy and Kerr managed to play out in the garden for a while.

We popped in to Gran and Grandpa's on the way home. Kerr did this sheet of letters and numbers. He is very keen these days to practice writing, and it gave him some quiet time which was much needed after an energetic day of playing.
