WORLD BOOK DAY

Inspired by Kath's blip today. I recognised the binding on two of her books, which reminded me that I had one like that, also a school prize, as well as the photo of me being presented with it. The book is Tales From Shakespeare by Charles and Mary Lamb, and I was probably 10 years old, with my best handmade party frock, cardigan and haircut! I'm not sure what it was for, but I was a little swot at the time.
