Nationally Ranked

The DDW Challenge Word today is Celeripedean - a fast runner, swift footed. When I saw today's word, this young man came to mind immediately. Dylan is amazing us all! He and my son, Logan, have been close friends for the last 8 years. Logan considers him his closest friend. About 4 years ago after much prodding from his dad, he took up running and then a year or so later, started doing it seriously. He is currently a sophomore at Mt. Olive University on a "Full Boat" scholarship and is planning on transferring to Syracuse University in the fall of this year. He is breaking all the school records and establishing quite a name for himself. He devotes as much time to running as Logan does to basketball. It's wonderful to see him so rewarded for all the work he is putting into this.
