Day 64: The Border

The Cloudland Trade Center, that is, right past the Georgia state line. Friends and family not familiar with Mentone give us puzzled looks when we say we're going to "the border." Since Mentone is a dry town, we drive the five miles to the Georgia border to get our beer and wine. (Our next nearest option would be a drive to Ft. Payne, fifteen miles away.)
