Spot The Dog

Today being World Book Day - the local primary school had a non-uniform day.

At the end of the walk - we caught children entering the village school playground dressed as characters from a book - looked as though a wide range had been read

Spot the Dog - a series of lift the flap books - by Eric Hill - was a favourite of the grandchildren - read countless times - by me to them.

It's grand now to have them * read* by them to me
