Well this is all I could muster today as when I left work last night I threw up and also had the trots thought I was never getting home I totally felt like shit manflu I guess and it was worse this morning I got up to go to the loo seen the sun was coming up then took the shot flopped back into bed shivvering and then realised I had to go to the dentist to get one of my upper back molar pulled so I got that done headed home and back into some comfys and phoned the work to tell them I was going off sick every joint in my body is sore coughing makes my back hurt and I canny have anything to eat apart from some yoghurt but hopefully make up for tomorrow so I will be having some R & R whilst I get well at least some guys might get some O/T whilst I'm off anyway that was my day so here is my blip for the day nothing worth going Large for anyway movie for the day is "Antenna 2004" See Ya
