Uh oh!

I don't know quite how they did it, but they somehow managed to stick bendman on the dining room ceiling. Dylan came up with lots of ways to try and rescue him - from piling things up and climbing, to making lassos from ropes and toy snakes, to jumping up and down upstairs to make the ceiling wobble! Lily had no patience for his antics and kept shouting at me to help. Even I couldn't reach him standing on a chair but we eventually figured it out and the green bendyman got to celebrate his release with a bath with the pair of them :-)

Phew.

World book day tomorrow. D has to take his favourite book into school to share with his friends. His favourite book changes on a regular basis but he's chosen Bet the Vet. He said he wants to tell his teacher "about the danger hiding behind the door"....
