What are we cooking?

A banana cake for Daddy's office! And it's a special banana cake from the Edmonds cookbook!

CJ loves helping us in the kitchen, it doesn't matter what meal it is or even if it's just doing the dishes. He knows he needs to stand on his step-ladder and not to touch anything (although sometimes he chooses not to abide by this rule).

So tonight, when I mentioned heading to the kitchen, he was a the first one in there. He was very helpful passing each item to me and turning the mixer on and off! The only time we had an issue, was when we put the cake in the oven as CJ wanted to take it out and put it in again!

I can see a lot of family cooking sessions to come!
