Bread Matters

Tonight we went along to Carlops Church Hall to hear from the charming Andrew Whitley on all things 'bready' or as he put it a "romp through the history of bread from the Pharaohs to fast food"

(A nice coincidence as I bought 'Science' this book just a few weeks ago as a wee gift - I have a feeling he'll be baking this weekend).
