SNAIL SHELTER

I wish you shelter from the storm,
A cosy fire to keep you warm,
But most of all, when snowflakes fall,
I wish you love.

Well, it's not snowing, but it's certainly blowing, and this little snail was trying to hide itself in a small crevice at the base of a tree. I hadn't seen anything to shoot as I hurried in a frenzied wind to see my sister off at the station. So, when on my return I spotted a touch of white curled up in earthy browns, I decided this was my best shot for today.

Not a great pic, but it gave me a reason to wish you shelter from life's storms. And love.
