Arctic Day 6: 69° 38' 57'' N >> 55° 56' 30'' N

Time to wander around Tromsø, which is incredibly pretty. Easy to find your way around on foot, and some really interesting museums and buildings. Another glorious day – bitterly cold but beautiful.

Then home which was uneventful and marked with amazing kindness as friends met us at the airport and instead of taking us to the nearest train station in Glasgow to head home (as arranged) actually drove us all the way to our front door. We were gabbing about our trip so excitedly we were on the M8 before we realised what they were doing!!
