A Plank In The Park

This was taken first thing this morning....end of session planking. I really like planking. It was a frosty start to the morning, but it turned into the most glorious day.

Friends came for coffee this morning. It's always nice to have coffee with my friends. We needed to sort out dates for birthday meals. Two of us have birthdays within three days of each other and we like to go out and celebrate.

Then I had a call from another friend to see if I wanted to do another boot session. Not wishing to let her down off I went again. I'm still feeling it in my breathing and we did a lot of running! Anyway I got through it and was pleased I went even though it hurt.

Took the dogs around the field. Maisie nearly pulled my arms out of their sockets on the way. I really don't know what to do to stop her pulling....suggestions welcome.

Tonight I'm looking forward to a quiet evening and hopefully watching a DVD.
