The Ducks have moved in

As Mrs Sitting was hanging the washing out this morning, I started singing this.......

And guess what... it did..and no half measures again today.

Went to the Steiner School christmas market this morning over lunchtime. This is my favorite christmas event, there is no Santa but a magical story telling of King Winter, one of our old neighbours does a brilliant story telling session that finishes with the Bear Hunt. It is a great place full of home knits and rosy cheeks. And a great smell of mulled wine.

After that I had to drop R at a birthday party, where I was going stay, but have decided to come home and get my blip done.I'll cycle back in a wee while and get her. Meanwhile, a group of mums has descended on the house. with 9 children running wild. It is hard to tell if someone has got hurt with all the screaming and occasional crying that is happening. In typical dad fashion I am keeping out the way.
Thankfully I am out babysitting somewhere else tonight so it is not my job to tidy up after the chaos..

Looking out the window, it looks like the downpour may have finished. I am crossing all my fingers. Have a great Saturday.
