Flutterby!

Saw a butterfly,
It told me that Spring was here;
I really hope so.


I still think it's very cold outside but it was nice to see butterflies returning to the garden; the buddleia is nowhere near ready for visitors though!

Stella had a wound check at the vets this morning and they were pleased with her progress. The receptionist (who has a soft spot for her as the owner of an equally timid Labrador), told me she popped to see her on Monday as she knew she was booked in. She said she couldn't work out what the ringing sound was until she realised Stella was shaking in her kennel so much it was making all the metal cages rattle! We also met a VERY adorable baby cocker spaniel puppy waiting for his very first vaccination.
