Purple Cabbage

A Thai friend and I cooked up this purple cabbage for breakfast. We sauteed it with an egg, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. My friend laughed when I grabbed my camera, but she knew I was after that awesome color (unedited by the way).
