The Pink and Grey Galah

As we walked past these huge gum trees this morning which are covered with tiny blossoms a large noisy gaggle of pink and grey galahs descended upon the tree right above us and proceeded to have their blossom breakfast.

I took many shots, but this tree was very tall and the iPhone just doesnt do long distances very well. I thought this shot was worthy if only for the lovely pink and grey colours and his beautiful wing span!
