On the beach

Return visit to the doctors this morning. Blood pressure was high when he took it but it's been ok at home and my cholesterol was 4.9 so waying everything up I'm ok at the moment. Just have to keep an eye on it as the Rheumatoid arthritis can effect your heart as well as all the other problems it causes.

Walked down to the harbour. Well I say walked as it was a case of a few steps forward and a few back as the wind was so strong. It was refreshing to say the least.
The tide was on it's way in being pushed by the wind. There was a large piece of drift wood coming in and lots of bits of seaweed.

Not long now and the boats will be back in the water. One man was working on his boat, a man was pushing a wheel barrow full of seaweed up to his garden and a man with his Airedale terrier walked along the beach.

The sun is now out but still a cold wind.
