Traffic Light Tree

The Christmas Tree at the exit of Canary Wharf/ Billingsgate Market.

Not *quite* the most confusing thing ever, but it did make me slow down a bit, whilst muttering 'What the hell?' as I approached it the first time after it was apparently moved there from the other side of Canary Wharf - I was unaware of it until it was moved.
