From River View to Lake Side Retreat

That's rather embellishing things but we do have a wee bit of flooding near by. Still the tide is on it's way out now.
Apparently this is a one in 50 years storm and the most rain in Christchurch since 1975. It's been upgraded to a 100 year storm now.

This shot was taken about 10 metres to the left of todays. The tree to the left of this photo is the same tree that is to the right of the other shot.
