Wining on....

I've been out, celebrating something with my friend Ash.

She has a new boyfriend, Harry, and is (understandably) highly delighted with herself. I'm genuinely pleased for her too - but after four hours, I feel I know him better than my own brother. Every thread of conversation somehow came back to the same subject - The Boyfriend.

Me: Red or white?
Ash: Harry likes red.....have I told you that?
Me: Yes. Right, let's just have the white.
Ash: Harry likes white as well. He's very easy going.
Me: Lovely. Sooooo....I've bought us those tickets for the Festival Theatre in April.
Ash: Harry is very keen on the theatre.
Me: That's great. I got us aisle seats in the stalls.
Ash: Harry would need an aisle seat too. His legs are really long.

(And so it went on, ad infinitum......)

I'm thinking of having Harry as my specialist subject on Mastermind.
