VERY filling.......!

All my own work...and though I say it myself, far better than the cardboard pancake I tasted at lunch today, but don't tell the cook. The pupils loved them and more so the chocolate or toffee sauce dressing.

And my calendar gives today its proper name of Shrove Tuesday, not Pancake Day, and tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and we begin the period of Lent and the lead up to Easter. A very significant festival in the Christian calendar.

This evening I have laboured over my annual appraisal form, not something I expected to receive in this post I have to say! I also had a short conversation with the the camera repair centre and they said they would 'phone me back later. When is later...?
