Monkswell

Monkswell is perched above Newburgh in the Mount Pleasant area. The well here was used by monks (funnily enough) from the nearby Lindores Abbey.

Legend suggests there is a tunnel from here to the abbey but that seems unlikely.

Got the Blipfoto on the morning dog walk which was in daylight!
