Pancakes

Whilst the rest of the world may eat pancakes with abandon at any time of the year that won't do for us Brits. No, just a random Tuesday at the start of March and maybe the day after if you've still got mix left, that's all the pancakes we need. Sugar and lemon juice topping of course.
