Beautiful Beef

On a cool day I love nothing more than a beef stew for lunch, well there are a lot of nice stews I like!

Today was a regular feature in my lunch week, a big bowl of beef cooked with potatoes, onions and carrots in a thick thyme gravy.

Delicious flavours and some thick slices of bread to wipe up the last of the sauce.
