Headphones

I bought these headphones some time ago but suddenly there was no sound from the one ear bud. I wrote an email to the company that produce them and asked what I could do and unexpectedly they replied immediately and told me it was probably the cable and they would send me a new one. I didn't have any faith in neither the diagnosis nor receiving a new cable, but can you believe it, two weeks later a new cable arrived and the it actually was the cable that was faulty, the sound works right again!
That was amazingly good service, I thought.
