Flipping marvellous

I'd love to say that this is the most unhealthy dinner I've had this year but I'd be lying...

Anyway, happy Shrove Tuesday / Pancake Day everyone. I went for something new this year and got maple syrup as well as the usual golden syrup. Didn't set off the smoke alarm and even the first one was edible (which is unusual!).

It's been a busy day of meetings and slightly frustrating in other aspects. That's life!
