Graffiti: The Taboo Art

I have a certain appreciation for graffiti. I can understand that people don't like others painting on walls that don't belong to them, but when done right, it shows off the wonderful hidden talent of ordinary people who just want to make the world a slightly more colourful and prettier place. This wall in particular would be rather dull without it, and I would have to look elsewhere for a blip.
