You've missed a snip...

As the sun went down this evening, it cast a soft and gentle light on our garden. The wall nearest is one I built last year to provide some shelter for our fruit bushes and the ruin in the middle of the blip is our "barn" waiting for a roof.
Today our second batch of plants arrived and they are now all safely in the ground. Hopefully the wind will keep off them. Signs from things we put in last year are surprisingly encouraging.
In the background you can see the neighbours' house. It was put on the market about two weeks ago and sold within a few days. Five bedrooms I think, sea right up to your front door and lots of character and all for "Offer in excess of £200K". Compare that to prices down south and it seems good value!
