Happy pancake day!

Fluffy ones a la Nigella. Much better than the shop bought ones. I prefer crepes but Lucie wanted the American style. Then she declared she didn't like them. Gah! Cue me eating the rest!

Even went out of my way to buy a new frying pan! I have to say I'm pleased with the results. Buying one is so hard as it has be for induction hob. But good old M&S had the right size, price and function!
