Gifts

Came home from work with flowers, presents and cards - it would appear my significant birthday isn't going to by quietly and quickly - going out for dinner with the family tomorrow and the BIG day is on Sunday, cakes and possible pub lunch on Monday....

Another appraisal completed this morning, still to write up notes. Found a couple of christmas presents at lunch time and even managed to bag a cheap and cheerful little black dress in preparation for the festive season.

Phoned mum this evening and had a lovely catch up and giggle with her. She lives nearly 250 miles away and I miss not being able to pop round and see her so try to phone her at least once a week.

I'm rather pleased this week is now behind me and looking forward to getting some rest this weekend.
