Not A Castle

This is not the photo I planned to blip today, but the camera has had another fit of pique and halfway into the walk refused to communicate with the memory card. After I had removed and replaced the card I was able to take and record the last few, which included three versions of this. Perhaps some invasive fiddling will recover the others, but not today.

So, what have you missed? The River Teviot, with and without fisherman and views of Roxburgh Castle ruins, blue sky.

Having grown up in countryside I still take delight in a well-laid hedge or a ploughed field, so this photo pleases me; it just isn't the best of the bunch.
