Fine Art Photography

I work for DHL In the warehouse where I work, there is a "fine art" department. The other day I saw a photographer set up with a couple of soft boxes and a tripod that would withstand an earthquake. He had colour cards set up around a work of art, a 200mm f2.8 lens on his MkIII and woman from Christies fretting over her watch. I must say I was curious. He had been self employed for 15 years and apprenticed for 5. He drove a high end Audi. He didn't want to share much more than that.

This is my one speedlite-with-flashbender-with-mirror equivalent. This is a one of two original wood prints, made by the photographer himself.....who is so so about this result.
