The way it should be more often (in my opinion). Good honest independent street food supported by enlightened estate owners.

It's all about diversity isn't it?

'Kerb' trades just outside our office in Kings Cross. You never quite know where they'll be setting up, but is easily found by way of the discrete signage.

They're local traders selling the freshest and most authentic regional food you can imagine. They only pop up for two hours a day and you never know who's coming on each day or what you're going to get which is great. The queues are suitably long.

'Dish schtuff ish yum yum' says a German.
