Spring doesn't officially begin until March 20th, but when we talk about climate data, the Winter season is December, January and February. That means we've wrapped up our Winter season already, and the result is the warmest Winter on record for Tucson.

Our average temperature was 56.9°, breaking the old record of 56.6° in 1980-81. The average HIGH temperature in February was 75.1°, 6.6° above average.

The warmth is expected to continue...
