Daughters house build is Gooooooooooo
First of no doubt many shots of our daughters house being built for late June unless they have strong winds again that blow down fresh walls and roofing struts.
Last year (5th April) took a blip of the big conifers being cut down for what we thought was going to be a smallish housing development (180) anywheys turns out it full steam ahead with lots of them selling a lot faster than the other developments on the old ICI Wallerscote works site.
This shot maybe a bit too far away from the actual build (elf n safety) although in large you might be able to make out the damp proof membrane in the middle of the two concrete plinths shows the "slab" all ready for the concrete pour after the first 4 or five brick layers have been put down on top of the concrete foundations
In the middle between the houses you can just make out Wallerscote Island (8th Oct) and on the right hand side are what are left of a row of massive conifers after the recent winds pulled a good few down will blip them this week before they get chopped up.
Will call later on in the week with my high viz on to take some blips closer to the action :-)
