Mardi Gras!

My best girlfriend, Cheryl, spent a lot of time in New Orleans as she got both her undergraduate and law school degrees in the city. As a treat, I decided to take her to Marcela's Creole Cookery for a cooking lesson. It was a fun night and we had a great time sampling lots of delicious food cooked with booze, butter and spices accompanied by some delicious Spanish wine. Marcela has his mardi gras beads ready and so we made reservation for "Fat Tuesday." Can hardly wait!
