Cane Garden Bay

Woke up at 6:45 to the sound of waves gently meeting the shore just feet from my hotel room balcony. Heaven.

A bunch of us went out for a run along the shore this morning. The front group did about 3.5 in good time, and the scenery was beautiful. All in all, a great run. Orange crabs and Susie B.

After out run, we got cleaned up for breakfast with the band. We spent the morning in rehearsal at the hotel. We sounded great and it was awesome to be playing a few feet from the water.

The early afternoon was passed on a trolley driving around Tortola. It's beautiful. We stopped at a sugar museum, a few nice look-outs, and a smoothie stand. Our last stop was the beach for lunch and an afternoon of fun. The water was beautiful, I didn't get burnt (too badly), and we all had a great time.

Back to the hotel to clean up before dinner and BAND PROM. Rachel and I looked dashing and we're the cutest couple there. I loved dancing with everyone and the DJ was awesome.

This trip is great.
