….and how do you peel yours?

I thought of doing this blip yesterday but the daffs were so lovely and I knew they wouldn’t last. This does seem appropriate for Mono Monday Food. hosted byHobbs
So what brought this banana blip about you may ask. A report on BBC about 10 things we didn’t know last week “Monkeys open bananas at the other end from humans” concerning ‘The 'right' way to peel a banana’ as reported with video in the Telegraph which reads
“You may think you have cracked how to successfully peel a banana but monkeys could teach you a better way to do it.
A monkey opens the banana at the other end so it bruises less easily and allows you to eat all the way to the end of the fruit.
Proving that monkeys still have the advantage over humans in some ways, this handy skill will mean you never need to peel a banana in the same way again.”
I have been peeling bananas from the soft end rather than the stalk end for years. This leads to the obvious question am I a monkey?
