Smile

Met this old man on the DART in the early 1990s, while (I think) I was working on a local mag, the 46A. I asked him if I could take his portrait and he was serene about it, didn't mind at all. I shot a few frames but the ones with his face didn't work as well as this one. He had a pleasant face, but the cane's stood out. He must have been in his seventies and is likely dead by now. I wonder who or what the cane is smiling at now.
