Trees

Today it really did feel like spring is trying to arrive.
I went for a walk down to the beach and back up through the glen. I bumped into a friend on the beach and we both couldn't believe how lovely and sunny it was, and that we could feel warmth from the sun.
I took this shot of the trees on the way and it won't be long until the leaves start to grow on the branches.
It was a much needed excursion in the fresh air after being cooped up in a car or dusty overheated buildings all weekend.
Braved the supermarket shop and miraculously made it to yarn club in time.
Rather tired this evening so might do a gentle bit of weaving whilst planning when I can make some cakes this week. That Mary Berry is a bad influence.
