I saw a bird land on the bird bath and realised it was probably empty so I went out with the hose, then sat inside the window with my camera waiting for the birds to come... but none did :-(

Following yesterday's topic of Peace, a lady rang today and after explaining that she wasn't selling anything she asked what I thought about the current conflicts in the world and whether peace would ever be achieved.

I said I thought it was human nature to challenge each other and differences of opinion are inevitable to a certain extent, and not necessarily a bad thing. I felt well sucked in when she revealed she was a Jehovah's Witness.

As a small business owner I must applaud the way religions adapt to the current market and adopt new technologies - although thankfully they haven't found me on Facebook yet.
