Center for Cancer Care

Every 6 months we make the appointment and come here for the dreaded check up for Joel. He was treated some years ago for esophageal cancer and, sadly, must be vigilantly looked after to avoid recurrence. We come here so much that the staff has become good friends and we all look forward to catching up. Today we saw wedding pictures, new baby iPhone shots and got great news about the receptionist's breast cancer treatment. Of course, while all of this was going on, Joel was out of it on Xanax so we'll have lots to talk about at dinner. :0)
