War memorial

I didn't have a blip by the time to leave work today as I had to pick up y car around 16.30 from the garage that I use about ten minutes walk from the campus. It was such a GORGEOUS evening (no apologies for the emphasis) especially after such a hectic day, that I was enjoying the walk. When I saw the war memorial my thoughts turned to the worsening situation in the Ukraine - it was such a contrast with the wonderful sunshine. I really hope the situation improves! I don't think that I have blipped this view before...
