You know when you come across a car accident and you can't figure out quite how it happened?

Saw one of those today. Looked like no-one was hurt, but there was a transit van lying on its side fully blocking a side road, with the driver climbing out through the high-side door. Completely separately on the main road, and nowhere near the transit, was an Escort van with its front smashed in.

Couldn't make sense of it at all.
